The Best Planners To Improve Your Organisation And Productivity

Here are 6 of the best personal planners available to improve your organisation and productivity and keep you on the right track.

We are busy, we have jobs, families, homes and a million and one things to remember in a day.
We juggle work, kids, loved ones, friends, the daily household chores, we are amazing, we are heroes, but we are NOT robots.
Sometimes there’s too much and we get overwhelmed.
This was me on a daily basis, with my family, blog and full time job I really didn’t think I could keep it all going. Then I discovered the key to making it work and it’s quite simple really. All it takes is a bit of planning and organisation.

Organise your life.

Now I love lists! Any kind of list really. I love writing them and ticking of tasks as I complete them. So now my planner is my new best friend.
I really didn’t think my blog was going to fit with my lifestyle but after a bit of planning and perseverance it fits seamlessly into my daily schedule.

I use my planner to schedule days for writing posts, times for posting on social media and the many other tasks that come with a blog. I am happier, more relaxed, and have also seen a significant increase in my productivity. I also use it to set goals and record my achievements. I really would be lost without it.

The benefits of using a personal planner.

Staying more organised - With all your notes, plans, tasks, goals, schedules and appointments in one place it is much easier to keep on top of things. This has reduced a lot of stress for me and I actually find I have more time to spend relaxing with my family.

Improves time management - This is a big one for me. My life is so busy that I really don’t have time to waste. When you have a clearly set out weekly schedule you instantly know which tasks need to be done that day and can get straight on with it. There is no time wasted sorting through work and wondering what needs to be done. Also, tasks don’t get forgotten and you will never find yourself with 100 emails to reply to or a backlog of research that needs to be done.

Increases Productivity - As I mentioned above, when your work is properly organised you can get so much done. I used to spend hours working on my blog with very little to show for it. But with task lists, social media strategies and proper planning in place I can get an amazing amount of work done in just an hour or two per day.

Makes goal setting easy - I use the notes section in my planner to set my goals. It is much easier to keep track of my progress and to remind myself of all I want to achieve. Read more about how I set my goals here
Having my goals set out in my planner also means I have a permanent record of my achievements.

You will never forget anything - You will never miss an important appointment or deadline again. The act of writing things down and regularly checking daily and weekly tasks will ensure you remember all the important stuff and have control over your life.

Decreases stress and calms the mind - Now you are organised and feel more capable of managing your life your stress will disappear. You will no longer feel out of control or overwhelmed and will find time for you and your family. All while being super productive, organised and achieving your goals.

  1. I agree with your listed benefits of planners. I use three types of planners (2 paper and 1 digital), and I'd forget EVERYTHING if I didn't use them. They're God's gift to me and my memory.
